Adding IFC 2x3, FM Handover/COBie, or user-defined property sets to the workset, may duplicate some properties that are already in the AECOsim Building Designer schema. Mapped properties are disabled (display in gray) with information as to which properties they are mapped to.

AECOsim Building Designer is delivered with a property mapping table. Additional properties can be mapped via the Map DataGroup Types and Properties to IFC2x3 dialog.
